Cancellation Policy
We understand marine schedules change because of weather, marina access, parts, and boat availability. This policy sets the default rules unless a written quote or checkout states otherwise.
Before Dispatch
Quote requests can be cancelled before a technician is dispatched without a service cancellation fee. If parts or special materials have already been ordered, those costs may be non-refundable.
After Dispatch
If a customer cancels after a technician has been dispatched, a diagnostic, trip, or minimum labor fee may apply. We will disclose any applicable fee before charging.
Weather and Access
Unsafe weather, denied marina access, locked gates, unavailable boats, or missing owner authorization may require rescheduling and may affect pricing.
Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the job stage, parts status, work performed, payment processor rules, and the written service approval. Contact [email protected] with the job reference for review.
