Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use My Boat Buddy to request, coordinate, or provide mobile marine repair and maintenance services.

Service Requests

Submitting a quote or emergency intake request does not guarantee immediate availability, dispatch, repair completion, parts availability, marina access, or a fixed price. We review each request and confirm next steps before paid work begins.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate boat, location, access, and issue information; obtaining marina, dock, storage yard, or driveway access; and approving quoted work before service begins.

Mechanic Responsibilities

Mechanics must provide accurate credentials, accept only work they are qualified to perform, follow applicable laws and marina rules, document job status, and complete work professionally.

Payments and Cancellations

Pricing, deposits, cancellation terms, platform fees, parts, taxes, and refunds may vary by job. Review the Cancellation Policy and any written quote or checkout terms before approving work.
